HELP! – NICKNAMES NEEDED

Some time ago we promised to compile a list of nicknames given to members of the Bermuda Police Force, and we are delighted to finally publish our first effort. CLICK HERE for the list.

However, this is just a start because we know there are dozens, if not hundreds of nicknames not yet included on our list. For this reason we are seeking your help in adding to it, whether it’s your own nickname or those of your former colleagues.

In addition, we would like to record the reasons for these nicknames wherever possible.   For example, why was Mike Rickards called “Dagwood”? Why was Clyde Burgess called “Tango”? Why was Hilton Wingood called “Jellybean”? Why was Ian Krane called "Crash"?
