Honour Guard with the Colours
The Service itself was excellent and paid a fitting tribute to all those in whose memory we had assembled. The Police Colour Party led the procession into the cemetery, providing an honour guard and a flag bearing unit.
Attendees were greeted by Mr. Wayne Caines who acted as MC. Major Barrett Dill played the Last Post after a minute of silence, and Reveille to close the proceedings. D.C. Damon Hollis performed a saxophone solo, while Dr. George Cook played a selection of music on bagpipes during the laying of wreaths.
