We recently discovered this photo in our files and were most surprised to see such a large gathering of police officers who are obviously dressed for a very special occasion. It shouldn't be too difficult to figure out where they were all gathered, but can you help us to identify everyone in the photo, when was the photo taken, and why so many police officers were in attendance at one time!
